We offer USPS Parcel Post domestic shipping at discount rates.
Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for only $2.00.
International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International.
Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service. We will, in cooperation with our customers, use other carriers for large orders.
We use custom boxes and high density foam to protect your investment during transit. Each model is inspected prior to shipping, we add thin foam and bubble wrap as needed to ensure your purchase arrives safely and ready to display.
To protect you investment during shipping minor assembly is required for some models when delivered. The wings of the airplanes and rotor blades for the helicopters will need to be attached but no glue is needed.
We will send you an email when your package ships. The email will also have the delivery confirmation number for Domestic Orders. If shipping international, the email will have the Customs Declaration number.

Returns
If the item is defective or not as described, we not only refund your money for the cost of the item, but also reimburse your original shipping plus the shipping to send it back to us.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. The insurance is for your protection and is not a refundable cost when returning an item.
Please contact us within 30 days to request a return authorization.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
